*We’re not your typical gym! We’ve built to space to make our dream come true of having a home gym, bringing the vibes of training in Thailand to Springfield. We have indoor space and a covered outdoor space to accommodate our students.

**Nami Open Mat is an hour of structured open mat time. If you are newer or more casual, you will have the opportunity to work on the drills that were done during the week, hit the bag, share padwork, or exercise. If you are competing, you have the opportunity to spar with the other competitors.
